The solution: business understanding and technology with purpose

Through Crombie’s collaboration with Skylight Lending, we designed a platform that connected all involved stakeholders, eliminating long, manual, and complex processes. Additionally, we adapted the website to handle two different business models: solar panel loans and rentals.
First, we developed an MVP in three months, which allowed for the validation of the business model. Next, we scaled the solution with advanced features that optimized operations and improved the user experience. Currently, the platform allows for the management of loans and rentals from any device in an agile and efficient manner.
