Elit is one of Argentina’s leading wholesale tech distributors. With a broad national client network, its commercial model relied heavily on phone, in-person, and rep-based sales.
Elit approached Crombie seeking to digitize its sales channel to deliver faster, more efficient, and always-available customer service. They also needed a scalable platform that could support future growth and integrate seamlessly with existing internal systems.
